Christopherson Travel Group And USANA Enter Into Travel Partnership

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH—Christopherson Travel Group (CTG), has purchased USANA Network International (UNI) Discount Travel from Salt Lake-based USANA Health Sciences, Inc. UNI Discount Travel, a full-service travel agency established to provide travel services to USANA’s 90,000 Independent Associates, is located in Idaho Falls and will merge with CTG’s existing Idaho Falls operations creating a 10-agent travel office offering both business and leisure travel services.
Christopherson Travel Group will also establish a dedicated on-site travel office at USANA’s corporate headquarters at 3838 West Parkway Boulevard in Salt Lake City. Agent Kaylee Sidwell will manage the new CTG on-site travel office for USANA’s 400 employees. The combined annual travel budget for USANA and UNI Discount Travel is over $3,000,000.
USANA develops and manufactures nutritionals, personal care and weight management products that are sold directly in the United States and six other countries. Mitch Walkington, USANA’s Director of Treasury Operations, said, “We will still offer our Independent Associates specialized travel features and services, but now with Christopherson’s global buying power and low negotiated vendor rates, we can offer our Associates even more savings in their business or leisure travel.”
